Robert Kirkpatrick received his BFA and MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and has taught and painted in the Baltimore area for over thirty years.
Bob was accepted in the "Best in Realism" show sponsored by the International Guild of Realism to be held in late July, 2007, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The selected painting is a semi-trompe l'oeil showing an unfinished landscape sitting on an easel, with paint rags and brushes. This painting can be seen in an ad in the June 2007 American Art Collector magazine.
