Bernie Dellario is a quiet and deliberative painter who places his brush strokes very carefully. He loves intensive color, but retains a softness in his paintings that is unusual for a colorist.
He has studied portrait and figure painting under Danni Dawson and Peter Thrasher, and figure drawing with Lisa Semerad and Robert Liberace.
Bernie is a member of the Washington Society of Landscape Painters.
